What’s On in Forestdale
Don’t miss our 2026 Backyard Biodiversity Champions series fun, family-friendly events in Forestdale, proudly supported by Logan City Council’s EnviroGrant. Open to locals and visitors alike.

Location: Lincoln Green Park Forestdale, Logan City
Join wildlife ecologist Dr Tamielle Brunt & Wildlife Qld for a practical & inspiring workshop on creating wildlife-friendly gardens.
Starting at Lincoln Green Park in Forestdale, the afternoon will begin with a presentation packed with ideas, practical tips & real examples of how everyday gardens can support birds, pollinators and native wildlife.
Participants will then hop aboard a mini-coach for a short tour through Forestdale, visiting a selection of local gardens & green spaces to see how wildlife-friendly ideas can be put into practice.
Think of it as a wildlife-friendly garden workshop meets a Forestdale open gardens-style tour — seeing our shared backyard through a new lens.
